A popular Filipino dessert that combines that unique flavors of ube (purple yam) and macapuno (sweetened coconut strings). The cake features layers of ube sponge, whipping cream, and macapuno. Finished with ube crumble all around and more macapuno on top.

Serves approximately 12 - 20 people, depending on the size of the slices.
